Song Meaning of I Feel Love by Donna Summer, and what it is about

When "I Feel Love" co-writer Giorgio Moroder gave it to Summer, she wasn't really enthused. "Giorgio brought me these popcorn tracks he had recorded, and I asked him, 'What the hell is this, Giorgio?'" I sort of finished it as a joke," she admitted to Rolling Stone in 1978.

However, the song's influence on dance music cannot be measured. Euro disco, synth-pop, and subsequent waves of electronic music were all made possible by Moroder's decision to forgo the fluffy orchestrations of disco in favour of pulsating strobe-light-synth minimalism, which was aided by his top-notch Munich session players.

The first time he heard it, Brian Eno informed David Bowie, "I've heard the sound of the future."

Song Lyrics of I Feel Love by Donna Summer

Ooh

It's so good, it's so good

It's so good, it's so good

It's so good

Ooh

Heaven knows, heaven knows

Heaven knows, heaven knows

Heaven knows

Ooh

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love

I feel love, I feel love, I feel love

Ooh

Fallin' free, fallin' free

Fallin' free, fallin' free

Fallin' free

Ooh

You and me, you and me

You and me, you and me

You and me

Ooh

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love

I feel love, I feel love, I feel love

Ooh

I'll get you, I'll get you

I'll get you, I'll get you

I'll get you

Ooh

What you do, what you do

What you do, what you do

What you do

Ooh

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love, I feel love

I feel love

I feel love, I feel love, I feel love
