Rapper and singer-songwriter Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy (born January 23, 1998, and passed on June 18, 2018) was an American. He went by the stage name XXXTentacion.

The XXX in his name means 'unknown', and Tentacion means 'temptation' in Latin. His name means Unknown Temptation.

XXXTentacion was a controversial character because of his well-publicized legal issues, but his music about alienation and sadness helped him develop a cult following among his youthful fan base during his brief career.
